Handy Calculator

I used to log on to the internet and use the various calculators available to work out my borrowing repayments. Then I thought to myself, it would be really handy to have quick access to a simple mortgage calculator from my desktop. It started off being incorporated into Property Manager but I needed quicker access to it, so Handy Calculator was born as a stand alone program because it was handy. It is extremely simple, accurate and easy to use. If the Property Manager program is not for you, then maybe this calculator is. It is very handy to have on your desktop. You can use it to calculate personal loans as well.

The mathematical formula used is the same as the banks. If they tell you a higher amount on your monthly repayments, point out their error and if they insist that their calculations are correct, then go somewhere else for a loan because their ripping you off.

The TAB key is used to move through the fields. Once you type in the interest rate and press TAB, the Calculate button becomes active. To change to interest only use the mouse and click the appropriate radio button and then click on Calculate.

As simple as that. If you want to change the numbers, the cursor is already in the first field. Tab through and change what you want and then recalculate.
