Welcome to my hobby that I started back in 1994. Although I use a 16 bit program to create software, the programs I create still work on today's systems. I now have two completed programs and two calculators, one of which I made specifically for my Tuning site to calculate the savings for converting your vehicle to LPG operation.

I am getting reasonably close to retiring (approx 5 yrs) so at the moment time spent on programming is minimal. Once I actually leave the workforce, then I plan on spending some serious time in front of the computer making programs that will be of benefit to other people. I have several suggestions put forward and most are for simple calculator type programs for the mundane repetitive calculations that people have to do manually everyday at their workplace. So I will create these in between any major program I am working on at the time. My programs work on all windows platforms including Vista.

All the software I plan to make will use the KISS principle and lets face it, I am not a pro developer so my capabilities are limited as to the complexity of what I can do. So my software will be simple and that's the way most people like it. The software will do what it is designed to do with minimal effort and little to no training on your part to use it. Although I am wondering if PML2 will need you to look through the help files to get the full grip on what the program does and how it operates. This has been a really big project for me mainly due to the full redesign from version 1, but thank goodness it is nearing completion.

Originally I made the first two programs for my own use only. Then someone I gave a copy of the Property Manager to back in 2003, said to me that I may as well sell them, if they are useful to anyone else. Well that was a fair while ago and I hadn't touched Layout until recently and decided why not, why spend all that time creating a piece of software just for me. I may as well share it with anyone that it may be useful to. So off I went and re-opened all my programs and touched them up a little to make them a bit more presentable. So I have done that as best I can at this stage and here we are. I'd like to think that my software is worth something to somebody. I am asking almost nothing for them, but if I manage to pay for the costs associated with my website from the proceeds, I'll be happy.

Please have a look at what I have made, I have most of the screen shots available with how the programs work, so you really get a good look at how it works before you buy. Which is way more than you get with commercial software. Thank-you

If there is a feature that you think I should incorporate into any of my programs, please bring your suggestion forward and I 'll see if I can add it in future versions if my capability allows me.
